A Little Contest

Here's how you play. Leave a comment on this post about what you had for dinner tonight. Colonel Mustard is judging and I have no idea what the criteria is. (Isn't that fun!)

A couple of rules.

1) You cannot win if you post anonymously, so make sure your name is on there. (Names will not be seen by Colonel Mustard- he can't play favorites- if you really don't want to take two seconds to make a blogger account I will accept e-mail entries).

2) You CANNOT lie!-- and since none of us know what his judging criteria will be, would it really do you any good?

THE PRIZE

A dozen (or more- depending on what I can fit in the box) cakeballs in the flavor of your choice.

Chocolate
Chocolate Mint
Red Velvet
or German Chocolate

Contest ends Friday at 10pm EST. Good Luck!

A Family size Cowboy pizza (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, olives) from Papa Murphy's--minus the sausage and olives with green peppers and tomatoes instead.

We ate the easiest, best, freshest pasta. It was angel hair pasta covered in a sauce made from fresh tomatoes, scallions, garlic, olive oil, and fresh basil. All pulsed together in a food processor and then cubes of fresh mozzarella added. SOOOO Yummy.
You don't always need meat. (At least that is what I try to tell my husband.)

We had spagetti. I made the sauce with hamburger, onions, minced garlic, tomato sauce, fresh oregano, and basil. Then I used rolls I had made to make garlic bread with some parmasen cheese on top and we had a side of baby carrots.

We had BBQ chicken, perfectly steamed fresh broccoli, grapes. We are on a lean protein, low carb diet... so please don't send us those things! They look too good not to eat.
